Your social fitness is unique
The relationships you nurture need to reflect your vision for the future and what matters to you as an organisation. Our bespoke training plans that help you achieve just that.
MASTERCLASSES
Let us inspire, educate and energise your people about their power to sculpt and tone their social fitness through workshops ranging from 1 hour to 1 day. Think of it like Social HIIT: effective, impactful and upbeat.
PT
Boost the social health of all levels of your organisation with tailored, practical consultancy for your leadership. This is multidisciplinary Personal Training based on behavioural design principles and insights from the cognitive sciences.
CONDITIONING
Bring out the best in your staff or members through small-group training programmes, which focus on critical social skills and practices. These incremental, progressive courses can run over weeks or months.
Who we help
We help businesses and communities who want to do something meaningful about connection, serving their people in parallel with their purpose.
BUSINESSES
Designing the kind of culture where trust runs deep, staff do their best work - and actually want to be there.
TEAMS
Designing teams where people can communicate fully, disagree well and have each other’s backs.
COMMUNITIES
Designing stronger social bonds, greater trust and the kind of cohesion that makes people feel genuinely part of something.
MASTERCLASSES
WHO: For your staff, your community, or your members
WHAT: One-off sessions that explores the science and art of human connection — and sends people away understanding why connection matters more than ever and with practical skills to communicate better and build stronger relationships.
HOW: 1 hour to full day - online or in person, tailored to your group
PERSONAL TRAINING
WHO: For leaders and HR teams who know relationships in their organisation could be better - but aren’t sure where to start, or want an independent perspective.
WHAT: A structured consultancy process that helps you understand the state of relationships in your organisation, identify where the real issues lie and potential is untapped, and design a practical plan to address them. Think of it as a social fitness check — followed by a training plan.
HOW: A tailored engagement, online or in person, that draws on diagnostic tools, stakeholder conversations, and behavioural design principles.
CONDITIONING
WHO: For small groups and teams of up to 8 people
WHAT: Skills of relationship are best learnt in relationship - which is why our programmes bring small groups together to train in three progressive modules: Core Work, Strength Training, and Cardio. Each builds on the last, turning insight into behaviour.
HOW: Structured 6-week and 12-week programmes, online or in person.
How we work
EVIDENCE-BASED: All our workouts combine the latest psychological and sociological research with cutting edge behavioural design and coaching methodologies. Our aim is to make real world, real time improvements.
BESPOKE: We’ll tailor our workouts to your organisation, your people, your priorities and your strategies. There is no ‘one size fits all’ programme.
HOLISTIC: We look at the big picture to see where we can make the most meaningful and effective improvements, and we think about skillset, mindset, habits and environment. To stay socially fit we need workouts that are practical - and that we love doing!
Need to know
We’ll measure progress against your goals together. There are no silver bullets and you will need to do your reps, but we can often see rapid improvements even from small changes.
This isn’t psychotherapy. If issues come up with individuals that we agree are better addressed by a psychotherapist or counsellor then we can point you to people we highly recommend who provide that kind of expertise.
We don’t currently work with children or younger people - though we hope to be able to do so in the near future. You must be at least 18 years-old for us to be able to train with you.
Not sure if this is what you need? Please drop us a line and we can discuss - in confidence and with no obligation - whether there’s a potential fit.
