Train with us

Your social fitness needs are unique.

Every individual, every team and every organisation has different needs. We provide bespoke training plans that focus on the practices and workouts that will serve you best.

FITNESS TESTS

A structured assessment of social health - for an individual, team, organisation or community. We use diagnostic tools, behavioural science frameworks and - where appropriate - stakeholder conversations to map your current state. This leads to a clear report of where you stand, where the biggest wins lie, and what to do next.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-to-one consultancy to co-design the behaviours, practices, rituals and wider environment that will best build social fitness in your context. For individuals, leaders, and HR teams who recognise that the way that settings and social interactions are designed has a huge bearing on the quality of the connections they produce. From one-off sessions to year-long engagements.

WORKOUTS

Active skills training in the specific capabilities of social fitness, such as listening, asking, conflict navigation, rapport building and persuasion. Delivered as one-off ‘Social HIIT’ sessions (90 minutes), Masterclasses (up to a full day) and multi-week Group Conditioning programmes that build sustained capability through deliberate practice. Available for teams, organisations, and through open enrolment.

How training works

Like any fitness journey, social fitness training follows a natural sequence. Start at the beginning, or jump in where you need to.

DIAGNOSE

FITNESS TESTS

WHO: For anyone about to invest in change and wanting to target it well - like an individual wanting an honest read on their own social fitness; a leader sensing tension in their team; an organisation wanting a baseline before (and after) an intervention; or a borough seeking to understand its residents’ needs.

WHAT: Our assessments recognise the subjective and multifaceted nature of social health: how connected we are across different categories of relationship, how those connections feel, what people actually do, how developed their skills are, and the gaps between where you are and where you want to be. Our reports provide a clear and practical picture of the strengths to build on, the obvious gaps to close, and what to prioritise.

HOW: Diagnostic questionnaires for individuals. For organisations and communities we will also carry out stakeholder conversations and - where appropriate - observation. Findings are delivered in a written report and a debrief conversation.

PERSONAL TRAINING

WHO: For anyone seeking to build social fitness into their day to day - the rituals, norms and settings that make good, healthy relationships the default.

WHAT: Our social fitness depends as much on the context and environment (or ‘architecture’) in which we interact with each other, as the skills and attributes (or ‘activities’) we apply within them. Personal Training will help you to design the conditions that really serve your social health needs and priorities: clear, pragmatic and evidence-based advice on the structural changes that can make all the difference. Personal Training draws on our extensive experience of working with individuals, groups and organisations, applying insights from behavioural design and the cognitive sciences.

HOW: Tailored consultancy, either online or in person. Sessions can be one-off or spread across months, with hands-on support for implementation if you want that.

WORKOUTS

WHO: For individuals, teams, organisations, and communities ready to build skills through practice — whether you want a single high-impact session or a sustained programme that embeds new behaviours over time.

WHAT: Skills of relationship are best learnt in relationship: they can’t be learnt off the page or a podcast; they are built through real-time practice, on real issues, with guidance. Our Workouts bring people together to do exactly that, turning insight into practice through deliberate, repeated practice.

HOW: Three formats. Masterclasses are one-off sessions — 90 minutes to a full day, online or in person — that provide a focused, intensive introduction to a specific skill or theme. Challenges, which last between 1-4 weeks, provide participants with a structure to deepen specific skills while receiving regular feedback and support. And our Conditioning Programmes are 6-12 week courses for small groups (up to 8 participants), building skills progressively across three modules (Core Work, Strength Training, Cardio) for change that lasts.

How we work

EVIDENCE-BASED: Everything we do draws on research and best practice from psychology, sociology, behavioural design and the cognitive sciences — translated into practical, real-world training.

BESPOKE: There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We’ll tailor our workouts to you or your team, your priorities and your values.

MEASURABLE: We focus on real, observable change. Not everything can be counted, but we will always agree with you how we will know that we are succeeding, and track our progress against those benchmarks.

Need to know

Starting is simple: contact us and we can arrange a free and confidential 30-minute call. We'll talk through your situation, check there's a fit, and set out clear options and pricing for your context — with no obligation.

We work online and in person, with individuals, teams and organisations in the UK and internationally.

You'll need to do your reps. There are no silver bullets — building social fitness takes consistent practice, just like physical fitness. But we often see meaningful improvements from small, well-designed changes.

We train; we don't treat. This isn't psychotherapy, and we are clear on the boundaries between coaching and counselling. If something comes up that's better addressed by a psychotherapist, we can point you to experts we trust and recommend.

We work with adults (18+). We don't currently work with children or younger people, though we hope to in the future.

Not sure if this is what you need? Please drop us a line and we can discuss - in confidence and with no obligation - whether there’s a potential fit.
